Back in Time
My back is killing me. I am glad that I only have one more week to go in the pregnancy, but I wish I could feel as good as I have over the past 9 months. I finally took some Tylenol tonight because I cannot walk due to the pain in my lower back.
Another news flash, I've gone and done it. I went for a haircut at Great Clips. It cost me $12 plus $5 tip. I had her trim off 1/8 of an inch and my bangs. It looks good and will hold me til I go back in a few more weeks and pay my $78 plus tip for a cut and color at Jennifer & Co.

Wrapping It Up
The days are winding down til my due date of 8/31 and I am trying to wrap up loose ends. I have almost finisehd packing my desk at work as they plan on moving while I am out on 3 month maternity leave. When I come back, I will have to find out where I have been moved and hope that it is not right next to my boss' office.
My projects at work are slowing down too. I have trained my replacement and they have stopped giving me new assignments so I have some long days with little to do.
My last prenatal massage appointment was today. I must say that the benefit my insurance gave me was very much worth it to have an hour massage for 10 weeks. I only wish my husband could have one. His neck has been hurting him, I am going to look at giving him an appointment for Christmas (or sooner).
Just 14 days til my official due date, it is pretty exciting.

"Calmness in our Lives"
Amy sent this to me, I thought it was pretty funny...
I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started and never finished." So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have no! idea how freaking good I feel!
